St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center

Oncology Patient Floor Renovation

Hartford, CT

This project consists of approximately 13,000 square feet of renovations on an existing floor. The Inpatient Oncology Pavilion is provided with 20 inpatient rooms, a nursing station, patient and family concierge, conference area, and staff respite suite. Additionally, families wishing to remain with their loved one are provided with overnight accommodations in one of two bedroom suites provided in the renovation. Finally, the renovation includes a comfort and healing lounge that serves as a sanctuary where programs like music and art therapy can occur.

St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center

Infusion Center

Manchester, CT

This project consists of approximately 5,000 square feet of renovations for an infusion services floor, which includes chemotherapy and medical oncology care.

Program spaces include: waiting room and business services, nurse station, pharmacy, infusion area, exam rooms and offices, and clean and dirty utility rooms.

Dermatology – Middlebury

DERMATOLOGY CLINIC

Middlebury, CT

This project consists of the renovation of approximately 3,290 square feet of office space for a new dermatology clinic.

Originally an empty office suite, this renovation demolished 100 percent of the walls, doors and other items within the existing suite to provide the optimum layout for the new dermatology clinic requirements. This project was complete with six exam rooms, one procedure room, a phototherapy room, waiting room, reception desk, medical assistant stations, offices, clean and dirty utility rooms, charting areas, break room, and new staff and patient toilet rooms.
